Following the Semi Finals of the United States Barista Championship held on Sunday May 4^th in Minneapolis, Minnesota the finalists were announced. The finals will be held on Monday May 5^th, the winner will go on to compete in the World Barista Championship being held in Copenhagen, Denmark.
