National Chapters are defined as an association or group of individuals who collectively take responsibility for the organization and execution of the recognized, qualifying National Barista Championship. These chapters should be comprised of a broad cross section of representatives from the Specialty Coffee Community in that given country.
These National Chapters will be licensed by WBC, Ltd to carry out their National Barista Competition in accordance with WBC rules and regulations. The WBC does not own or manage the coordination of the barista competitions within each nation.
National Chapters will be licensed for an open term, subject to WBC, Ltd's right to terminate. Each National Barista Competition will be sanctioned on an annual basis.
