Raven's Brew Coffee began roasting coffee in Alaska, the story of the Real Alaskan Coffee For Real Alaskans And Their Real Alaskan Friends. It is a story that continues to be driven by a fanatical love of coffee, coffee lore, coffee quality, and rare coffees. The exact locale was the small and isolated town of Ketchikan, the rainiest inhabited place in North America.
The labels on the bags of coffee are unique and colorful, the artist is that of the famous Alaskan Ray Troll who draws and paints fish filled images that migrate into museums and onto t-shirts sold 'round the globe. A "dead"-icated Raven's Brew addict, Ray downs a full pot each day to help create his intricate compositions. Ray created their RAVEN'S BREW, Deadman's Reach®, Bruin Blend®, Dharma Beans®, Three Peckered Billy Goat®, Resurrection Blend®, Skookum Blend® and Wicked Wolf® logos as well as much of the clipart.
Their Deadman's Reach is their special high-speed blend of eco-correcto coffees dark-roasted libation with a sweet bite for drip, French press or espresso. Producing an outstanding crema that punches through a tall latte with dense coffee flavour.
Raven's Brew is dedicated to coffee quality, sustainability, and culture. The coffee is roasted in small batches in an air-convection roaster to produce a sweeter, milder and deliriously aromatic coffee. They roast to order in Ketchikan and also in Tumwater to be able to supply their customers with freshly roasted coffee.
