Shown is the Tallegio Cheese Soufle, Black Mission Fig Jam paired with Ruffino, Romitorio Di Santedame 2003 wine.  This pairing was part of the Tuscan Gold Winemakers dinner held at CinCin Restaurant on Robson Street in downtown Vancouver as part of the Vancouver Playhouse International Wine Fesival.
