Brix located in Vancouver's Yaletown neighborhood features an array of fabulous desserts all created by Pastry Chef Michael "Baker" Sonsmann. He uses the best ingredients all home made, from fresh local berries to french and belgian chocolate to using liquers as flavorings and more. Shown here are their popular dessrts which include the Vanilla Pumpkin Cheesecake, Okanagan Apple Almond Tart, Hazelnut Chocolate Mouse Terrine, Maple Rhubarb Panna Cotta, White Chocolate Creme Brulee, Michel Cluziel over warm Chocolate Cake, and sorbet. Pair the desserts with a nice ice wine or a double espresso.
