Baked a la minute,"Cheesecake wrapped in Phillo" is actually titled "La Creazione" and was created by Chef/Partner Gennaro Lorio of La Terazza in Vancouver. This delicious dessert is a warm white chocolate cheesecake, wrapped in layers of phyllo, topped with sour cherries. This dessert would pair well with any of these beverages; try the "Moscato D'Asti" a frizzante (lightly sparkling) wine. In a phrase, Moscato d'Asti is a wine intended for pure and simple pleasure. The "Pinot Noir Barbaresco" wine or for a non-alcoholic beverage enjoy a nice cup of good "Black English Tea".
