Dessert Pairing with Espresso and Tea cocktails
La Terazza in Vancouver’s Yaletown area, features a dessert specialty created by Chef/Partner Gennaro Iorio. His creation “Torta D’Amore” described as a warm decadent chocolate cake, smooth lava like center topped with vanilla bean gelato. This dessert would pair well with any of these beverages, try the “Pick Me Up” made with espresso, kaluah, and bailey’s on the rocks in a snifter glass. The “ Espresso Coretto” is a warm espresso with a touch of grappa. You might also try their hot “Blueberry Tea” made with amaretto, grand Marnier and a cinnamon stick.
