There is a large number of places in Victoria that serve afternoon tea (some also refer to it as high tea - both come with sandwiches and berries and tarts) , If you want a unique experience then go for the best. One of the most popular tourist attractions on the outskirts of Victoria is Afternoon Tea at the Gardens at the Butchart Gardens Dining Room.
