  Café des Arts is located in the exclusive neighborhood of Palermo Chico at the museum of modern art MALBA. A landmark in and of itself, the museum is a mandatory stop for travelers, and the café adds an elegant touch to a very hip and cool location. French pastries and espresso are must. The garden tables are the best spot if the weather allows it.
