Smartmouth Cafe, 131 Water Street #117, Vancouver

In the heart of historic Gastown, this neighborhood café welcomes regulars from nearby offices daily who come for great coffee, service and conversation. The room is spacious with seating outside, and inside on 2 levels being on the main level and then on the bar level. Coffee by Origins is the highlight here, other beverages include a large selection of cold pop and juices, teas and a full liquor license offering. There are sandwiches, wraps, muffins, and a varied line-up of baked goods. Their chef is creating foods for breakfast and lunch as well. If you are looking for a super charged beverage in the afternoon, why not ask them for a shot of Scotch along with a shot of espresso, it is not on the menu but I hear that it is a great combo and worth asking.
