Ritual Coffee Roasters, 1026 Valencia Street, San Francisco

The buzz on this café was vast, fellow industry insiders told me to make sure that I visited this café on my trip to San Francisco and that is just what I did recently.  If I lived in SF I would no doubt frequent Ritual, everything about it was ultra cool. The lineups were constant, the espresso was perfect .... They have hot chocolate for the non-coffee crowd.

While standing in the lineup, I couldn't help but notice the donuts overflowing on the bar, the chocolate and pink cupcakes that I have heard about where in the showcase along with other baked goods looked good too. Great music and people watching added to my friend Marc and my experience.

So my confidants were right, and I am happy that I made the trek to Ritual in the Mission area.
