Each night the brewers at PJ's grind plain and flavored coffee beans (PJ's avoids flavored syrups), covers them with cold water and lets the mixture brew overnight. The next morning, the coffee is filtered and served over ice with milk. This cold-dripping process produces great-tasting iced coffee. The chocolate raspberry is a local favorite. Featuring different flavours each day.
